Tasmanian Packaging Solutions would not supply any labour unless they pass a series of checks. All new staff, casual or permanent, are thoroughly screened by a process of initial phone contact, personal interview including compiling their medical history, and reference checks. Only once any employee passes all criteria will they be placed into work.
